Mother
Earth
by
Rebecca Lee Archer, Falmouth, Montana, USA, Age 15
The
sea's surface will break
When a
fin emerges with a shake
There will
be new seedlings at all hours
And no
limit to the flowers
A tree
will sway, like a tease
With the
help of a gentle breeze
Squirrels
will frolic among the trees
And birds
will fly freely with the bees
Her Majesty,
Mother Earth, will return to power
And she
will heal all with a shower
