The
Famous Mona Lisa

Mona
Lisa
The famous Mona
Lisa
That is
all I ever hear
They do not
care about who I was
My life
My children
They
walk by
No one
talks to me
No manners
to be found
You think
I am bitter
There
is not much to smile about
This
view never changes
No common
peasant could endure these conditions
No elbow
room
No body
for that matter
Yet,
I will continue to smile
For centuries
For eternity
