At
The Corner
by
Breanne D, Calgary, Canada, Age 13
Theres someone
standing at the corner
But you dont even notice him
You just turn around
And force him to frown
All he wants is for someone to love him
Hes really not all that bad
Hes a nice person
But you keep making him sad
I know he has a good heart
And i know u do too
But why wont you say hi
I mean its the least you could do
Hes a lonely kid
Standing on the edge
He needs someone to love him
Someone to really be there
There is someone standing at the corner
But its as if you are blind
You wont two seconds
To just turn around and say hi
