It was a long time coming, but the fourth installment of Gran Turismo was an inevitability, and after a couple of delays and the abandonment of online gameplay, Gran Turismo 4 arrived with plenty of hype amid high expectations.

Despite the delays and relative uncertainty surrounding the game in the months prior to its release, GT4 proves it’s hard to walk away from a game that boasts 700 cars and 100 tracks, by far the most of any racing game to date. Then again, if you’ve grown a little weary of all the games going the street racing route, then GT4 will probably appeal to you that much more.
