Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I sign up for my friend?
Sorry, but they have to send their own email.

Q: How long will you take to get back to me with a confirmation email?
We’re usually very quick, but give us at least 24 hours before sending us another one.

Q: What if I don’t get a confirmation email?
Try sending your email again. If you don’t get a confirmation email, then you’re NOT on the guestlist and won’t be admitted into the event.

Q: What if I forget my Consent Form?
Sorry, then we can’t let you in…so just bring it! J

Q: Can anyone come?
This event is open to all our female followers 1-24 years old. However, it is more suited for our tween fans! If you’re not sure if this event is for you, just check out the links to the performers—if you LOVE them, then we want you there!

Q: My parent(s), older sister, brother, etc., will be dropping me off. Can they come in?
Yes, they’re allowed in, however, we suggest they drop you off and head back out for a coffee or snack next door to avoid the hundreds of screeeeaming girls! They can always check back in whenever they want.

Q: Is this legit? Free concert, free food, free everything…it sounds too good to be true!
Yes, this is legit! We at Faze know there’s never enough affordable, cool events for you to attend, so this is our little gift back to you and our loyal fans! If you have a good time, we’d love you to take a lot of pics and video, post it on your Facebook, tweet good things and tell all your friends about it.

Q: I have a question/comment, how do I contact someone?
Just email Faze.TST@gmail.com and someone from our team will get back to you ASAP!

Q: My mom/dad wants to talk to someone in person, who can they call?
They can reach the Faze office at 416-222-3060.

Q: How do I get there by subway?
Go to Eglinton Station and walk north one block. It will be on the east side of the street.

Q: What if I can’t get there at 5pm sharp?
Then you’ll probably miss the free food and some other great stuff, so do your best! But, if it’s totally unavoidable there will still be someone at the door after 5pm to let you in. J

Q: What kind of stuff do you have in the goody bags?
In the past we’ve had perfume samples like Vera Wang Princess, Harajuko Lovers, Marc Jacobs Daisy, Venus shavers, Rimmel makeup, Sally Hansen nail polish, Goody hair accessories, Mike&Ike candy, Garage $10 gift cards, and so much more!

Q: Do people who volunteer at your events really get VIP passes?
Yes! If you’re part of the team you get that little bit of extra love. J

Q: What does a VIP pass get you?
Usually you’re in a special section where we serve lots of great snacks, you have a better view of the stage, you get a VIP goody bag (more stuff) and you might even get a photo with the performing artists—no promises on that though.

Q: I love your events and want to help. How can I volunteer?
Send a message through Facebook/FazeMagazine and/or send an email to editor@faze.ca.
When another event comes up we may just ask for your help!
