HOW TO ENTER

No purchase is necessary. The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada (except for Quebec).

To enter on-line, go to www.fazeteen.com and click on the current Fall Prizes contest link. Complete all mandatory fields on the online Contest entry form, including name, address, age, city, postal code, phone number, email address, and the Faze Phraze found on the current Up For Grabs contest page and submit the entry by clicking ‘Submit’. Alternately, the preceding information can be written on a post card or in a letter and sent to Faze Contests, 4936 Yonge St., Toronto, ON, M2N 6S3.

All entries must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. (ET) December 1st, 2004. All winners will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

Only one entry per person or e-mail address per day. Entries will not be eligible if sent by any method not specified above. By entering the contest, each participant acknowledges having read these rules and regulations and agrees to be bound by them and all decisions of the Contest Host and the Contest Sponsors, which shall be final.

GENERAL

1. There will be one random draws made for all prizes mentioned above. Random draws will be made by the Contest Host (Faze Publications Inc.) on December 8, 2004, in Toronto, Ontario from all eligible entries received on or before December 1, 2004.

To be declared a winner, the entrant will have to correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question and may be required to sign a standard declaration and release form releasing the Faze Publications Inc. and the advertising, promotional agencies, prize suppliers from all liabilities and confirming compliance with the contest rules. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

2. In order to win the Prizes, the selected entrant will be contacted by telephone, email, mail or courier. In the event the selected entrant cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of prize notification, another selected entrant will be chosen.

3. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitution for, or transfer of prizes will be allowed except for Contest Host’s right to substitute prizes of equivalent value in the event of circumstances beyond Contest Host's control. The Grand Prize will be fulfilled within three (3) months of the contest closing date.

4. The contest is open to legal residents of Canada only except those residing in the province of Quebec and excluding employees (and members of their immediate families or persons domiciled within the same household) of the Contest Host, its advertising agencies, prize suppliers and independent contest organizers. By entering, contestants agree to abide by contest rules and decisions by the Contest Host, which shall be final. Only one prize per family, household or address will be awarded.

7 . All entries become the sole property of the Contest Host. No responsibility shall be taken for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged incomplete or misdirected entries. All entries that are illegible, defaced, mutilated, incomplete, altered or obtained from unauthorized sources are void. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, city of residence, video image and/or photograph in any publicity or Internet posting carried out by the Contest Host and the Contest Sponsors without compensation.

9 . The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

10 . The Contest Sponsors are not responsible for any errors or technical difficulties which may arise resulting from failure in the server, hardware or software, transmission failure or lost, delayed or corrupted data transmitted by participant. The Contest Sponsors are not liable for any damage to a users system occasioned by participating in the contest. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or terminate the contest in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.

11. By entering the Contest, each entrant accepts these Contest rules and regulations, which are subject to change without notice. Changes shall be posted only at www.fazeteen.com. By entering the Contest, each entrant releases the Contest Sponsors and any other person or entity associated in any way with the Contest, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, the selection of the eligible winner and the administration of the Contest.

12. The personal information you are providing to enter this contest will be used only to administer this contest unless otherwise clearly indicated.
