AUXILLIARY PRIZES:
There will be fifty (50) Auxiliary Prizes randomly drawn consisting
of a one (1) year subscription to Faze Magazine estimated at
a retail value of C$15.00.
GENERAL
1.
A random draw will be made by the Contest Host (Faze Publications
Inc.) on Monday, March 8, 2004, in Toronto, Ontario from all
eligible entries received on or before the Contest Close Date.
To be declared a winner, the entrant will have to correctly
answer the mathematical skill testing question and will be
required to sign a standard declaration and release form releasing
Colgate-Palmolive Canada Inc., Nokia Products Ltd. and MRP
Retail Inc. (the “Contest Sponsors”), Faze Publications
Inc., Millennium Media Television and the advertising, promotional
agencies, prize suppliers from all liabilities and confirming
compliance with the contest rules. The odds of winning depend
on the total number of eligible entries received.

In order to win the Grand Prize, the selected entrant will
be contacted by telephone, email, mail or courier. In the
event the selected entrant cannot be contacted within five
(5) days of prize notification, another selected entrant will
be chosen.
3. For the Grand Prize at least one of the two trip participants
must be between the ages of 13 and 19 (to fulfill their role
as guest host on Teens Dating TV).
4. If the selected winner of the Grand Prize winner is under
the age of majority in his/her province of residence, the
prize must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian on his/her
behalf and comply with the contest rules and the minor must
be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian on the trip
OR obtain parental consent to travel without a parent or legal
guardian. If required, a complimentary travel package consisting
of air travel, accommodation and food will be made available
for a parent or guardian to accompany the Grand Prize winner
and his or her guest.
5.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitution for,
or transfer of prizes will be allowed except for Contest Sponsor’s
right to substitute prizes of equivalent value in the event
of circumstances beyond Contest Sponsor’s control. The
Grand Prize will be fulfilled within three (3) months of March
1, 2004. It is the winner's and his/her guest's responsibility
to provide for any additional expenses not included in the
Grand Prize as described herein, including, but not limited
to, travel insurance, health insurance, gratuities, return
transportation between the winner's home and the major airport
nearest his/her Canadian residence. The winner and his/her
guest must be in possession of a valid Canadian passport.
The winner and his/her guest must depart from and return to
the same gateway. The winner and his/her guest must be able
to travel at the times and dates to be determined by Faze
Publications Inc. or forfeit the Grand Prize.
6.
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada only, (excluding
those in the province of Quebec) except employees and members
of their immediate families, or persons domiciled within the
same household, of the Contest Sponsor(s), their advertising
agencies, prize suppliers and independent contest organizers.
By entering, contestants agree to abide by contest rules and
decisions of the independent judging organization, which shall
be final. Only one prize per family, household or address
will be awarded.
7.
All entries become the sole property of the Contest Host.
No responsibility shall be taken for lost, stolen, delayed,
damaged incomplete or misdirected entries. All entries that
are illegible, defaced, mutilated, incomplete, altered or
obtained from unauthorized sources are void. By entering the
contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, city of
residence, video image and/or photograph in any related publicity
or Internet posting carried out by the Contest Host and the
Contest Sponsors without compensation.
8.
The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial
and municipal laws.
9. The Contest Sponsors are not responsible for any errors
or technical difficulties which may arise resulting from failure
in the server, hardware or software, transmission failure
or lost, delayed or corrupted data transmitted by participant.
The Contest Sponsors are not liable for any damage to a users
system occasioned by participating in the contest. The Contest
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate
the contest in the event that it becomes infected by a computer
virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of
a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry
will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.
10.
By entering the Contest, each entrant accepts these Contest
rules and regulations, which are subject to change without
notice. Changes shall be posted only at www.fazeteen.com.
By entering the Contest, each entrant releases the Contest
Sponsors and any other person or entity associated in any
way with the Contest, their respective parents, affiliates,
subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and their
respective advertising and promotional agencies from any and
all liability arising in connection with the Contest, including,
without limitation, the selection of the eligible winner and
the administration of the Contest.
11.
The personal information you are providing to enter this contest
will be used only to administer this contest.
